“Food Studio” is a “studio” because it is a gastronomic space and community that we create. The Food Studio concept is encapsulated by our tag line “Connect and Collaborate”, which reflects our core. We do not follow the standard model of large-scale food centers, instead, we break norms by developing relationships with our patrons and stakeholders, both in Sri Lanka and internationally. Housing over 15 outlets both local and international, patrons are able to choose from authentic Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Thai, Indian, Sri Lankan and Singaporean cuisine as well as fusion and Western selections, cafes and dessert bars. At Food Studio, we create a dining experience that gives our patrons quality produce, the variety of choice, the best ambience and design while still maintaining affordability.
